Clear with light head retention, smells of caramel, toasted bread, and softly floral hops. The taste is crisp and smooth featuring flavors of toasted biscuits, caramel, honey, and very light smokiness on a soft medium body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring the classic notes of herbal, floral, and spicy Noble Hops. Overall, this is a fantastic and faithfully brewed märzen and I absolutely love this beer, it’s a perfectly balanced lager.
