Dave Drinks Beer

I review the beers I drink

Unified – Ashton

Very hazy and super murky, light head retention, smells of peach, guava, and pineapple. The taste is crisp and fruity with flavors of peach, nectarine, lime, orange juice, and pineapple on a lightly bready base and a dense, almost chewy body. The finish is long and moderately high in bitterness, featuring notes of grapefruit, apricot, lime peel, and pine. Overall, this is absolutely delicious, it’s everything I want from an NEIPA and the hop profile honestly reminds me of Trillium.
