One of my favorites from Unified is their flagship IPA All The Juicy Things and it was even better On Mango. They also make a DIPA version of it called All The Juicier Things, and while I haven’t had that one yet I have it here aged on tangerines, somehow adding even more juicy things to it!
Super hazy and moderately murky with light head retention, smells of fresh tangerines, orange julius, pineapple, and floral hops. The taste is dense and rich and yup, JUICY with flavors of fresh squeezed orange juice, mango nectar, tangerine, peach, and even a hint of banana on a thick and syrupy yet pillowy soft body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of apricot, orange peel, lime zest, papaya, and base layer of herbal hops. Overall, this is such a fantastically decadent beer. Tree House is building a new location in this area soon, and I think Unified have been upping their game to match that level of quality and this beer succeeds.
