I review the beers I drink

Unibroue – La Fin du Monde

Moderately hazy with light head retention, smells of honey and dough with very subtle floral notes. The taste is crisp and bready, with notes of peppery grains on top and of honey and yeast underneath a full effervescent body. The finish is long and moderately bitter with spicy and herbal hops along with residual yeast and alcohol warmth. Overall, it’s an incredibly complex yet balanced beer that lives up to the hype: as of this writing, La Fin du Monde is the #1 ranked Tripel in the world on BeerAdvocate.
