Very hazy with light head retention, smells of cranberry with subtle Belgian yeast underneath. The taste is semi-sweet with cranberry being the dominant flavor, sweet at first, balanced by clean bready malt and a full effervescent body. The finish is short and virtually devoid of bitterness, with the cranberry flavor turning to tart with yeast notes underneath and is quickly washed clean by a salivary astringency. Overall, I think it might be the Blanche de Chambly base beer with a balanced amount of cranberry flavor to create a refreshing new experience.
