I review the beers I drink

Tröegs – DreamWeaver

Lightly hazy with fluffy light head retention, smells of banana, clove, and smoked meats. The taste is crisp and fruity with flavors of wheat crackers, banana bread, Belgian yeast and spices on a soft full body. The finish is long and low in bitterness, featuring notes of doughy bread, orange peels, clove, and black pepper. Overall, this is an extraordinarily good hefe; the wheat, yeast, and spice flavors (despite adhering to the Reinheitsgebot and not utilizing any actual spices) are all bold and balanced and the end result is remarkably smooth and complex.
