I review the beers I drink

Tröegs – Blizzard of Hops

Moderately hazy with a thick, frothy head that lasts; smells of citrus peel, pine, and floral hop notes. The taste is juicy and sweet, notes of citrus (juice and rind), with a soft and doughy malt profile and a slick medium body. The finish is again heavy on the citrus juice and peel flavors, with a healthy dose of pine resin and floral notes as well, bitterness is moderate to high, but it doesn’t overstay it’s welcome on the tongue. Overall, this is a very good beer, nails the juicy hop notes while also bringing in some variety, balance is great, so is drinkability and sessionability, an all around solid IPA
