Dave Drinks Beer

I review the beers I drink

Trillium – Summer Street

Very hazy and moderately murky with great head retention, smells of mango, pineapple, and lemon. The taste is crisp and citrusy, with flavors of lemon, grapefruit, lime, orange, kiwi, pineapple, mango, and peach on a soft and smooth, full body. The finish is long and low to moderate in bitterness, featuring notes of lime peel, grapefruit, lemon zest, pine, apricot, and herbal hops. Overall, this is a well balanced, very drinkable, and very refreshing beer. Not too strong but not too weak, and very delicious.
