I review the beers I drink

Trillium – Streets on Streets

Both extremely hazy and murky with minimal head retention, smells of pineapple, peach gummy rings, mango, and papaya. The taste is resinous and bold with flavors of grapefruit, orange, and white grape on a dense and chewy full body. The finish is long and moderate to high in bitterness, featuring notes of orange bitters, lime peels, grapefruit, and lemon zest on a base of herbal and pine hops. Overall, and unlike The Streets, this is an aggressively hopped, resinous and vegetal TIPA, still expertly balanced as to be expected, but definitely more of a hop bomb than a juice bomb.
