I review the beers I drink

Trillium – Stillings Street

Very hazy and moderately murky with minimal head retention, smells of grapefruit, lemon, and pineapple. The taste is crisp and fruity, with notes of apple, pear, honeydew melon, and kiwi with a base of lightly toasted sourdough on a medium body. The finish is long and low to moderate in bitterness, featuring notes of lemon zest, grapefruit, and white grape must with floral and herbal hops underneath. Overall, this is a bit milder than the last two, with a more delicately nuanced character and just a bit more drinkability.
