I review the beers I drink

Trillium – Mosaic Double Dry Hopped Cutting Tiles

Very hazy and moderately murky with no head retention, smells of pineapple, mango, lime, and peach. The taste is crisp and complex, with flavors of orange, lemon, mango, peach, pineapple, and lime on a smooth medium body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of lime peels, lemon zest, white grape, and grapefruit, as well as subtler herbal and pine hops. Overall, it’s a masterpiece. Wonderfully complex and perfectly balanced, but also drinkable and very refreshing. The only downside is that I don’t really pick up any notes of honey anywhere.
