Dave Drinks Beer

I review the beers I drink

Trillium – Mass Avenue

Very hazy and lightly murky with minimal head retention, smells of grapefruit, peach, and white grape. The taste is crisp and juicy, with flavors of mango, pineapple, guava, grapefruit, papaya, and peach on a super soft yet full body. The finish is long and low to moderately bitter, featuring notes of orange blossom, grapefruit, lime peel, apricot, and floral hops. Overall, this has everything you’d expect from Trillium, but not quite as much bitterness, making this a good intro to their IPAs, and damn enjoyable as well.
