I review the beers I drink

Trillium – HDHC Like Whoa

Extremely hazy and extremely murky with minimal head retention, smells of lemon, grapefruit, and pineapple. The taste is dense and bready with flavors of toasted biscuits, grapefruit, and orange juice on a super thick and creamy HDHC body. The surprisingly dry finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of lemon zest, pine sap, spicy and herbal hops, and just a hint of cilantro. Overall, this one is much more bitter than the other HDHC beers I’ve had, but it’s still smooth and citrusy and well balanced.
