I review the beers I drink

Trillium – Dialed Out

Extremely hazy and very murky with no head retention, smells of pineapple, mango, and guava. The taste is juicy and lightly sweet, with flavors of orange juice, pineapple, mango, lemon, lime, and white grapes on a super smooth, super soft, full body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of grapefruit, lemon zest, Sauvignon Blanc, lime peel, and herbal hops. Overall, it’s definitely the most refined Phantasm beer I’ve had; the aroma is absolutely incredible and the thiols are paired harmoniously with the Sauvignon Blanc and then dialed in and balanced to perfection with the dry hop finish. I hope this becomes a new sub-style of IPA very soon.
