I review the beers I drink

Trillium – Daily Serving with Pomegranate and Blackberry

Pours a hazy fuchsia color with no head retention, smells of pomegranate, blackberry, and elderberry. The taste is bright and tart with flavors of pomegranate, lime, blackberry, lemon, raspberry, cranberry, and blueberry on a smooth, full body. The finish is long and quite tart, featuring notes of pomegranate, lime, blackberry, lemon, raspberry, cranberry, and blueberry. Ultimately, it has a pleasant, though bracingly tart flavor, yet there is no difference between the initial taste and the finish, no flavor development, just one dimension that is eventually muted through salivation.
