Trillium – Daily Serving with Mango and Pineapple

Moderately hazy with no head retention, smells of mango, pineapple, and tangerine. The taste is sweet and tart with flavors of mango, pineapple, tangerine, papaya, lime, guava, kiwi, and lemon on a smooth, full body. The finish is long and very tart, featuring notes of lemon juice, sour mango candy, clementines, sour pineapple, lime juice, and about a pound of citric acid. Overall, the mango and pineapple flavors are top notch, but it’s bracingly sour, quickly losing everything to the all encompassing pucker before slowly receding on salival waves.
