I review the beers I drink

Trillium – Daily Serving with Cranberry, Blackberry, & Pomegranate

Pours a super hazy blood red hue with light head retention, smells of cranberry, blackberry, and pomegranate. The taste is creamy and tart with flavors of cranberry, blackberry, and pomegranate exploding across the palate as well as white grape, yogurt, and lime lurking underneath, all on a smooth and creamy full body. The finish is long and fairly tart, featuring notes of cranberry, Kaffir lime, green apple, grape leaves, and strawberry. Overall, it’s a bit more sour than I prefer, but it’s still enjoyable. Ridiculously juicy and with a nice blend of complementary fruit flavors, a perfect example of the style.
