Trillium – Daily Serving with Blackberry and Plum

Pours a hazy and opaque fuchsia color with minimal head retention, smells of blackberry, blueberry, and plum. The taste is jammy and tart with flavors of blackberry, blueberry, plum, fig, black cherry, strawberry jelly, and raspberry on a smooth, full body. The finish is long and moderately tart, featuring notes of blackberry, black grapes, plum, rhubarb, pinot noir, and sour cherry followed by palate cleansing salivation. Overall, I like this one; about as sour as I can handle but well balanced and packed with juicy, fruity goodness.
