Very hazy and murky with minimal head retention, smells of pineapple, tangerine, and grapefruit. The taste is crisp and juicy, with flavors of fresh pineapple, P.O.G. juice, and juicy peach on a smooth and creamy full body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of grapefruit peel, melon rind, orange zest, floral hops, and a hint of residual pineapple acidity. Overall, I like it, though it doesn’t actually have as much pineapple flavor as I expected, I don’t know if there’s a Very Yellow or not, but either way this is a very smooth, well balanced, and flavorful beer, and the pineapple makes it feel brighter and more juicy.
