I review the beers I drink

Tree House – Whisper

Crystal clear with light head retention, smells of caramel, toasted bread, and soft honey. The taste is crisp and bready, with flavors of toasted biscuits, caramel, honey nut Cheerios, and just a hint of black cherry on a smooth full body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of grapefruit, spicy and herbal hops, and tons of residual roasted grains. Overall, it’s quite possibly the perfect Märzen. A masterpiece of malty goodness balanced to perfection with assertive but reserved hop bitterness.
