I review the beers I drink

Tree House – Solitude

Clear with minimal head retention, smells of floral hops, toasted grains, and caramel. The taste is crisp and lightly sweet with flavors of caramel, toasted biscuits and honey on a smooth full body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of floral and herbal hops, lemon zest, grapefruit, and apricot with a hint of residual honeyed biscuits. Overall, it’s somehow sweeter, maltier, and hoppier than Whisper but also with significantly more complexity and variation within those flavors. Incredible!
