Flashlight shows nothing, minimal head retention, smells of chocolate, marshmallow, and graham cracker. The taste is sweet and s’more-like, with flavors of milk chocolate, marshmallow, and graham cracker on a smooth and syrupy full body. The finish is long and low to moderate in bitterness, featuring notes of dark chocolate, herbal hops, coffee, subtle smoke, and an alcoholic warmth. Overall, this is feels more like Mallomar than a s’more in my opinion, but it has all the same components and is yet another excellent stout in the Tree House portfolio.
