Tree House – Quadruple Shot Extra Dark

Quadruple Shot, but with extra dark coffee.

Dave’s flashlight isn’t here man; minimal head retention, smells of black coffee, chocolate, and smoke. The taste is sweet and roasty, with flavors of coffee, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, charred toast, and black cherry on a silky smooth and lightly syrupy full body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of dark roasted coffee, dark chocolate, caramel, vanilla, bourbon, and herbal hops. Overall, this is a nice companion to the regular Quad; not nearly as fruity, but very coffee forward, though never becoming one dimensional, it is instead insanely complex and incredibly smooth.
