I review the beers I drink

Tree House – Never Walk Back

Crystal clear with great head retention, smells of crackery grains, wildflower honey, and floral hops. The taste is crisp and clean with flavors of bread and subtle honey graham crackers atop a light yet effervescent body. The finish is long and moderately low in bitterness, featuring notes of herbal, spicy, floral, and grassy hops, along with a light minerality. Overall, it’s the least pretentious beer you can make, it has such simple, basic ingredients. They chose to forego the adjunct grains common to the style and this obviously makes for a better beer. If you’re craving a clean, simple lager, you’d be hard-pressed to find a more flavorful, refreshing, and well balanced example anywhere else.
