Tree House – Let the Light In

The extra hopped version of Force of Will.

Very hazy and ultra murky with light head retention, smells of pineapple, grapefruit, and lemon. The taste is crisp and juicy with the same bready and peppery wheat flavors as FoW, but this time fighting for palate dominance with the fruity flavors of peach, pear, orange, apricot, apple, and grapefruit on a thick and smooth full body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of orange pith, lemon zest, floral hops, melon rind, and grapefruit. Overall, it’s actually juicier and less bitter than the original, but that is not to say that either is better; simply a fascinating view into the process of Tree House and their methods.
