I review the beers I drink

Tree House – Gin & Tonic

Clear with no head retention, smells of cucumber, juniper, and various other botanicals I can’t quite place. The taste is crisp and citrusy with flavors of lime, juniper, and cucumber on an effervescent medium body. The finish is lingering and lightly bitter, featuring notes of quinine, lime peel, and herbal bitters. Overall, I had to save my personal favorite cocktail for last, and Tree House’s take on the classic is a refreshing one. For not listing any lime or other citrus in the ingredients, this is a very citrus forward drink, presumably from the tonic; regardless it’s a nicely complex and thirst quenching drink.
