Extremely hazy with light head retention, smells of citrus, melon, and kaffir lime. The taste is crisp initially with multiple waves of juicy flavor, citrus, melon, wildflower honey all on a luscious, smooth, full body. The finish is long but low in bitterness, with notes of citrus peel, floral, and pine hops notes. Overall, it’s kinda mind-blowing how good this beer is. Almost like a fractal, this beer is infinitely complex, the closer you look, the more flavors you find. Probably in my top 3 of all beers on this site.
