I review the beers I drink

Tree House – Dear Washington

Moderately hazy with light head retention, smells of floral hops, pine, and citrus. The taste is crisp and bright with flavors of lightly toasted bread, orange blossom, honey, and a hint of lemon on a smooth full body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of lemon zest, grapefruit peel, pine, and soft herbal hops. Overall, it’s the Tree House version of a West coast IPA, and it might be one of the best I’ve had, honestly. The hops are center stage but bright and juicy, not simply a leafy bitterness barrage as the style has been known to devolve into. Definitely worth checking out if you’re not into or just tired of the super juicy NEIPAs.
