I review the beers I drink

Tree House – Airmail Cocktail

Lightly hazy and golden hued with no head retention, smells of rum, honey, and lime. The taste is sweet and tart with flavors of sweet floral honey, tart & bright lime, and a hint of brown sugar underneath the effervescent medium body. The finish is lingering and moderately tart, featuring notes of lime juice, honey, lime peel, and subtly nutty champagne. Overall, it’s well balanced and refreshing, though the champagne flavors are very subtle and could be confused for ginger ale.
