I review the beers I drink

Tree House – AAAlterrr Ego!

The extra hopped version of Alter Ego.

Very hazy and moderately murky with great head retention, smells of grapefruit, lemon, pineapple, lime, and mango. The taste is smooth and complex, with flavors of lemon, orange, pear, lime, mango, pineapple, peach, white grapes, apricot, and wildflower honey on base of toasted bread and a thick and chewy full body. The finish is long and low to moderate in bitterness, featuring notes of cantaloupe, grapefruit, honeydew melon, lime peel, apricot, and lemon zest on a base of floral, herbal, and pine hops. Overall, it’s Alter Ego but better in every way. Juicier, smoother, more structured and layered in it’s hop notes, and somehow less bitter, making it nothing short of pure bliss in a glass.
