The Imperial version of That’s What She Said.
Flashlight shows nothing at all, minimal head retention, smells of booze, fudge, and coffee. The taste is dense and fudgy with flavors of milk chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate, dark chocolate, chocolate milk, and chocolate covered caramels with a hint of chocolate covered cherries underneath on a super thick, chewy, almost gooey chocolate syrup body. The finish is long and low in bitterness, featuring notes of cordial cherry, mocha cappuccino, and dark chocolate with very, very faint herbal hops underneath. Overall, this beer is chocolate. If you like chocolate, plus getting drunk, but want it to taste like chocolate covered chocolate with a glass of chocolate milk, this is the beer for you!
