I review the beers I drink

Toppling Goliath – Pseudo Sue

Very hazy with lots of fine particulate, smells of lemon, grapefruit, and pineapple. The taste is crisp and bready with an undercurrent of citrus and a full body. The finish is long and low to moderate in bitterness, featuring notes of lemon zest, mango, and pine hops. Overall, I like it, effortlessly drinkable and exquisitely balanced, it’s a perfect medium between West and East Coast styles
