I review the beers I drink

Toppling Goliath – King Sue

Very hazy with light head retention, smells of lemon, grapefruit, and mango. The taste is lightly crisp with just a hint of toasted bread, and loads of citrus and mango, perhaps a touch of overripe banana, on a soft, smooth full body. The finish is long and low in bitterness, with notes of mango, orange pith, and floral hops. Overall, this is a top notch DIPA. After trying the Galaxy Dry Hop Pseudo Sue last night, I really wanna try this possibly in a DDH Galaxy version, but as is, this is an exquisite beer.
