I review the beers I drink

Toppling Goliath – Galaxy Dry Hop Pseudo Sue

Pours very hazy and opaque, smells of pineapple, mango, papaya, citrus, melon; the while tropical fruit crew is here. The taste is crisp and lightly bready, with huge notes of orange, mango, and pineapple juices underneath with a full, yet incredibly soft mouthfeel. The finish is long and low to moderate in bitterness, featuring citrus pith, floral, herbal, and very subtle pine hop notes. Overall, this is utterly delicious! Not sure if it beats it or not, but this is certainly comparable to Green, and that’s quite the accomplishment!
