Lightly hazy with light head retention, smells of banana, clove, and faint bubblegum. The taste is crisp crackers with a light citrusy tartness and sweet bubblegum on a light body. The finish is long and low to moderate in bitterness, with notes of citrus peel, floral, and herbal hops. Overall, it’s not at all what I was expecting, but I like it. Very complex and unique.
