I review the beers I drink

Thai Brewing Co. – Siam Thai Coffee Stout

Flashlight does not show through the only blackness of this ale, head retention is solid, smells of coffee, chocolate, and vanilla. The taste is lightly sweet with flavors of moderately acidic black coffee, chocolate milk, and cream on a smooth, but barely “full” body. The finish is long and moderately high in bitterness, featuring notes of black coffee, dark chocolate, herbal hops, and a hint of smoke. Overall, this is a solid stout, it delivers on the coffee flavors with a touch of creaminess, though at times it feels thin and watery and it could stand to be a touch sweeter.
