Clear with light head retention, smells of pale malt, jasmine, soap, and grassy hops. The taste is crisp and lightly fruity with flavors of saltine crackers, green apple, and pear on a soft medium body. The finish is long and moderately low in bitterness, featuring notes of lemon zest, apricot, jasmine rice, floral hops, and just the slightest hint of wild fermentation. Overall, I quite like this one, very crisp and clean and crushable, yet delicately nuanced under closer examination, and pears fantastically with pork satay.
