I review the beers I drink

Tanqueray & Fever Tree – “Sevilla & Tonic”

Smells of tangerine, orange blossom, and fresh oranges. The taste is smooth and citrusy with flavors of orange juice, juniper, and subtle spice forward botanicals. The finish is long and moderately low in bitterness, featuring notes of orange blossom, orange bitters, clove, cardamom, and quinine. Overall, this is an interesting and refreshing orange forward gin that showcases all the flavors of the fruit, and it makes a good tonic.
