Extremely hazy with minimal head retention, smells of lemon zest, pineapple, and fresh baked bread. The taste is crisp with a dominant flavor of toasted bread, with hints of lemon and a full body. The finish is low to moderate in bitterness, notes of lemon zest, pine resin, and spicy herbal hops. Overall, this is a very good beer; a pseudo-NE style, but a little more bitter and less juicy than the norm. The malt bill here is a perfect compliment to the showcased hops.
