Just the slightest hint of haze and minimal head retention, smells of fresh lemon with an undertone of burnt plastic. The taste is bright and tart with flavors of lemonade and very subtle light crackery malts on a thin effervescent body. The finish is short and moderately high in acidity, featuring notes of lemon zest, lemon juice, and mineral water; I don’t really taste the hops at all. Overall, it’s definitely more of a lemonade than a beer, and is mostly one dimensional in flavor. That said it is refreshing and probably great on a hot summer day, just don’t what gives it that weird plastic aroma; I did notice it more from the empty can than the beer once poured into the glass.
