Crystal clear with light head retention, smells of garlic, orange oil, and pine. The taste is crisp and resinous, with more or less the same flavors as the nose on a slick full body. The finish is long and high in bitterness with notes of pine resin, citrus peel, and oily herbal hops. Overall, it’s extremely one dimensional, no fruitiness at all even in the initial taste, and I see no similarity with a the Tiki cocktail namesake whatsoever.
