Hazy with no sediment and light head retention, smells of pine and herbal hops. The taste is crisp and bready with flavors of toasted biscuits, caramel, honey, and subtle citrus on a full body. The finish is long and moderately high in bitterness, featuring notes of grapefruit zest, lime peels, pine sap, and herbal hops. Overall, it’s a typical West Coast DIPA, super hoppy with lots of thick resinous pine and lots of bitterness.
