Clear with solid head retention, smells of toasted bread, caramel, and mead. The taste is crisp and bready with flavors of toasted biscuits, salted caramel, honey nut Cheerios, and cinnamon rolls on a full body. The finish is long and moderately low in bitterness, featuring notes of spicy, herbal, and pine hops along with a hint of residual malt sweetness. Overall, it’s a very enjoyable strong malty ale that is very nutty and complex and surprisingly unspiced.
