Just a hint of haze and excellent head retention, smells of Clementines, Ruby Red Grapefruit, and lime; extraordinarily inviting. The taste is crisp and citrusy, with flavors of toasted bread, Curaçao orange, key lime, Orange Julius, and vanilla cream on a silky smooth full body. The finish is long and moderately high in bitterness, featuring notes of orange bitters, lime peel, grapefruit zest, bergamot, and soft pine. Overall, this one is fantastic and my favorite of the 2X series, it delivers on the promise of citrus flavor while keeping all the bold flavors of a DIPA.
