I review the beers I drink

Sloop – {Mosaic + HBC-630 Bomb}

Moderately hazy with light head retention, smells of lime, floral hops, and pine. The taste is crisp and fruity with flavors of orange juice, lemon juice, mango, apple, pineapple, and pear on a medium body. The finish is long and moderately low in bitterness, featuring notes of lemon zest, lime peels, white grape, apricot, and floral hops. Overall, it’s a nice bright and drinkable NEIPA that is a nice change of pace and quite refreshing.
