Sloop DDH {Simcoe Bomb}
Very hazy with light head retention, smells of grapefruit, pineapple, and pine. The taste is crisp with a soft doughiness and an undercurrent of juicy citrus and papaya flavors on a medium body. The finish is long but low in bitterness, with soft citrus zest, floral, and pine hop notes. Overall, this seems to be a more subtle hop variety as despite double dry hopping, it still doesn’t have as much flavor as the {Sabro Bomb}, but it is still a nice showcase of Simcoe and a perfectly enjoyable IPA.
