I review the beers I drink

Sierra Nevada – Tropical Little Thing IPA

Lightly hazy with light head retention, smells of papaya, guava, and pineapple. The taste is crisp and fruity with flavors of pineapple, citrus, mango, and kiwi on a soft full body. The finish is long and moderately high in bitterness, featuring notes of apricot, orange peels, and piney/herbal hops. Overall, it’s not bad, I get the tropical flavors, but the Cascade bitterness could be dialed back a bit to let the tropical flavors be the star of the show.
