Clear with light head retention, smells of floral hops, honey, and pale malts. The taste is crisp and bready with flavors of Ritz crackers, sourdough, and peppery wheat with lighter hints of caramel and honey underneath on a silky smooth medium body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of floral, herbal, and grassy hops with just a touch of lemon zest and mineral water underneath. Overall, this is a fantastic summertime session lager, with just a touch of caramelized malts to add complexity and the perfect level of hops to add counterpoint. I could drink these all day.
