I review the beers I drink

Sierra Nevada – Pale Ale

The quintessential APA; smells of hops and malt, a little piney. Taste is a good balance of crisp malt and bitter hop. Finish is dry and lightly bitter. A good beer. I have a problem with the style “session IPA” because that’s basically just a pale ale, and this is a perfect example of a sessionable hop-forward beer.
