I review the beers I drink

Sierra Nevada – Holiday Haze

Ridiculously hazy, flashlight shows only a dull lemony color shining through, head retention is amazing. Smells of fresh, juicy, citrusy hops, a little floral and pine underneath. The taste is crisp and bready, with a light sweetness and juiciness from the hops paired to a thick, full body. The finish is very juicy, very fruity and citrusy with a low to medium bitterness. Overall, a very citrusy, lemony IPA, with an excellent balance; nothing about it says “holidays” or “winter” to me, but it is a great, NE style IPA that I would love to drink, anytime.
